  I recently relocated from Brisbane with a pack and move service with an unpack at the destination. As soon as I handed my money over the service levels shifted. The pack was ok the team were a little late but still left a few odd items in the unit with no explanation. The arrival at the Sydney end was simply pathetic. There was no call to let me know when they were to arrive, the team was late getting there. I was told that my items would be unpacked and there was no need for my to be there. I got home to a unit full of boxes with nothing done. I called the office in the morning and they couldn't understand what was wrong. Simply put really not worth the money which was paid, you would be far better off going with a cheaper provider as the premium Crown charge they simply do not back it up with service. I will recommend to any of my colleagues or anyone asking my opinion to simply look elsewhere as accountability is not in the ethics of Crowns customer service.
